The Opportunity:

As an IBDP Mathematics Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering advanced mathematics education to students in the IB Diploma Programme. You will inspire and challenge students, while contributing to a dynamic and growing school community that values innovation and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in IBDP Mathematics (Analysis and Approaches; Applications and Interpretation)
  • Support student learning through the development of critical thinking and inquiry-based learning strategies
  • Design and implement units and lesson plans that meet diverse learner needs
  • Guide students through Internal Assessments and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
  • Utilize technology as an instructional tool to enhance learning
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or a related field
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in secondary/high school settings
  • Strong knowledge of advanced mathematics topics relevant to IBDP

Preferred

  • Experience teaching within the IB DP, MYP, or Cambridge curricula
  • Ability to differentiate instruction for students of varying abilities
  • Proficiency in using technology in the classroom
  • Experience with Internal Assessments in IBDP Mathematics
