The Opportunity:

As an Instructional Coach, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and driving continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a passionate educator looking to influence teaching practices and student outcomes in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach Primary or Secondary teachers to enhance instructional practices.
• Support the Head of Arabic Studies with coaching Arabic and Islamic teachers.
• Model outstanding lessons and demonstrate best practices.
• Attend weekly leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
• Lead and promote Innovation Hub initiatives and social/environmental programs.
• Conduct lesson observations and learning walks to support professional growth.
• Develop and implement professional development plans for the school.
• Assist with the induction of new staff and contribute to school improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree with evidence of further study or professional development.
• Minimum of five years of teaching experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong understanding of US curriculum pedagogy.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism and integrity.

Preferred

• Experience in coaching and mentoring teachers.
• Background in curriculum development or educational innovation.
• Familiarity with international education standards and frameworks.
