Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the school’s curriculum and pedagogical approach.
- Plan and implement engaging, differentiated learning experiences that support individual and group development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular reports to parents.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, assessment, and school-wide initiatives.
- Support the development of students’ social, emotional, and cognitive skills through meaningful interactions and activities.
- Manage classroom resources and ensure a safe, stimulating, and well-organized learning space.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and contribute to the school’s community spirit.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- At least 2–5 years of relevant professional teaching experience in early childhood education.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Valid teaching certificates or accreditation if the degree is not in education.
- Demonstrated knowledge of inquiry-based learning approaches.
Preferred
- Experience with the IB PYP or IPC curriculum.
- International teaching experience, particularly in Asia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
