Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the school’s curriculum and pedagogical approach.
  • Plan and implement engaging, differentiated learning experiences that support individual and group development.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular reports to parents.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, assessment, and school-wide initiatives.
  • Support the development of students’ social, emotional, and cognitive skills through meaningful interactions and activities.
  • Manage classroom resources and ensure a safe, stimulating, and well-organized learning space.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and contribute to the school’s community spirit.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • At least 2–5 years of relevant professional teaching experience in early childhood education.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Valid teaching certificates or accreditation if the degree is not in education.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of inquiry-based learning approaches.

Preferred

  • Experience with the IB PYP or IPC curriculum.
  • International teaching experience, particularly in Asia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
