The Opportunity:

As an International Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering an engaging and inclusive curriculum based on the English National Curriculum. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an inclusive and engaging learning environment based on evidence-based best practice.
• Use a transdisciplinary and conceptual approach to deliver a challenging, relevant, and significant curriculum.
• Teach design and technology along with coding, integrated with inquiry-based learning units.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues, respecting cultural and religious diversity.
• Differentiate the curriculum to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create and review Individual Education Plans.
• Maintain detailed planning documents with clear learning objectives and assessments.
• Monitor and document student progress regularly.
• Utilise technology to enhance learning outcomes and classroom management.
• Maintain a tidy and well-organised classroom environment.
• Support the academic, social, and emotional needs of students in a proactive manner.
• Participate in professional development and appraisal procedures.
• Contribute to the management of student welfare and behaviour within your class group.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Principal.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a subject followed by a PGCE from a recognised institution.
• At least 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Ability to teach design and technology and coding in a primary setting.
• Commitment to student wellbeing and safeguarding.

Preferred

• Experience with inquiry-based teaching (IB or IPC).
• Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme.
• Immediate availability.
