Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver teaching materials using appropriate learning and assessment methods.
• Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of individual students.
• Facilitate student projects and assignments to enhance learning.
• Mark and assess work, providing constructive feedback to students.
• Foster critical thinking and encourage debate and rational discussion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teaching staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and a positive, supportive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience in delivering one-to-one or small group tuition.

Preferred

• Experience in developing and delivering teaching resources.
• Experience in marking and assessing student work.
