Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Appropriate degree and UK PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification with QTS.
  • Minimum three years of teaching experience, preferably in leading independent schools.
  • Familiarity with the National Curriculum of England, IGCSE/GCSE, and A Levels.
  • A clean criminal record and international child protection check (ICPC) or equivalent.
  • Proven commitment to child safeguarding and understanding of safeguarding procedures.

Preferred

  • A genuine passion for working with young people and inspiring their academic and personal growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience in co-curricular activities, pastoral care, or leadership roles within an educational setting.
  • Cultural sensitivity and global awareness, with the ability to work in a diverse and international environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to embrace innovation and continuous professional development.
