- Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback to students and parents.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Appropriate degree and UK PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification with QTS.
- Minimum three years of teaching experience, preferably in leading independent schools.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum of England, IGCSE/GCSE, and A Levels.
- A clean criminal record and international child protection check (ICPC) or equivalent.
- Proven commitment to child safeguarding and understanding of safeguarding procedures.
Preferred
- A genuine passion for working with young people and inspiring their academic and personal growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in co-curricular activities, pastoral care, or leadership roles within an educational setting.
- Cultural sensitivity and global awareness, with the ability to work in a diverse and international environment.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to embrace innovation and continuous professional development.
