Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning and challenge all students
• Plan and design lessons that encourage deep thinking and purposeful engagement
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of an inclusive student community
• Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to support learning and development
• Contribute to the vibrant extracurricular life of the school by leading or supporting activities
• Reflect on and improve teaching practice through continuous professional development

• Manage time and workload effectively in a dynamic school environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor of Education or PGCE with appropriate specialism
• Experience teaching in a UK setting or renowned British Curriculum / international school

Preferred

• Strong subject knowledge and experience in Key Stage 1 education
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and challenge all learners
• Experience with inclusive teaching practices and diverse student communities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
