Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum at Key Stage 1.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
Use technology and digital tools to enhance and extend student learning experiences.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Contribute to the school’s extra-curricular activities and wider campus life.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Minimum of a B.Ed. or a B.A & PGCE with QTS.
Proven experience in delivering an enriched UK National Curriculum at Key Stage 1.
Strong academic background and excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
Commitment to Positive Education and character development.

Preferred

Experience in middle leadership roles or aspirations to take on such responsibilities.
Specialism in a subject area.
Experience with innovative teaching methods and technology integration.
Background in extra-curricular programme development or delivery.
