Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the curriculum requirements for Key Stage 2.

- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing targeted support and feedback to help students improve.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practice and support student learning.
- Support the school’s mission to inspire learners and raise aspirations across the school community.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to support student learning and well-being.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in events and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Experience teaching at Key Stage 2.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.
Preferred
- Experience with inclusive teaching and differentiated instruction.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL/TEFL).
- Experience in leading or contributing to school-wide initiatives or projects.
- Familiarity with digital tools and online learning platforms.
