Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Support the development of early literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration
• Use hands-on activities, storytelling, and interactive learning strategies
• Monitor student development and progress through observation and assessment
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen curriculum development and instructional practices
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and community engagement

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, or a related field
• A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent)
• Experience teaching KG or Early Years
• Experience with or training in an American curriculum framework
• Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
