Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the American curriculum
• Teach foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and science
• Implement student-centered instructional practices that promote inquiry and critical thinking
• Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences to enhance student engagement
• Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessments
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports student confidence
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum development and instructional strategies
• Participate in extracurricular activities and community engagement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field
• A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent)
• Experience teaching Lower Elementary grade levels
• Experience with or training in an American curriculum framework
• Commitment to student-centered and inquiry-based learning
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
