The Opportunity:

As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the school’s Co-Curricula Educational Program (CCEP), fostering the holistic development of young learners. You will work closely with students, helping them build social, emotional, and academic skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of children into responsible, community-oriented individuals.
  • Provide age-appropriate care and guidance, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and physical development.
  • Promote social values, motor skills, and cognitive abilities through structured activities and play.
  • Design and lead projects and activities for the after-school and summer programs.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to enhance the learning experience and support daily educational goals.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support student progress and well-being.
  • Utilize digital tools and software, including MS Office, to manage records and support program planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Completed state-recognized training as an educator or equivalent qualification in social pedagogy.
  • Experience in childcare or early childhood education settings.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and German.
  • Commitment to quality assurance and child protection principles.

Preferred

  • Experience in inclusive education or special needs support.
  • Background in program development and event planning.
  • Familiarity with international curricula and pedagogical approaches.
  • Experience working in an international school environment.
