Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver swimming lessons tailored to the skill level and needs of primary students.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Sport Department to plan and implement a cohesive curriculum.

• Promote a safe and inclusive environment that encourages participation and personal growth.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to meet individual learning goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• German DLRG Silver lifesaving certificate (required).
• Several years of experience as a swimming instructor.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to student safety and well-being.

Preferred

• Experience working with primary school students.
• Familiarity with international curriculum standards.
• Knowledge of child protection policies and practices.
• Experience in an international or multicultural setting.
