Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Finnish Curriculum for Early Years with creativity and enthusiasm
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to young learners

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience
• Communicate regularly with parents to support children’s development and progress
• Participate in professional development and continuous learning initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Primary/Elementary Education, Childhood Education, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in early childhood or primary education
• Strong understanding of international early years curricula
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and engage young children in a classroom setting
• Commitment to continuous professional development

Preferred

• Experience with the Finnish curriculum or other international early years programs
• Familiarity with bilingual or multicultural educational environments
• Experience in creating inclusive and culturally responsive learning environments
• Strong classroom management and behavior support strategies
