- Work closely with the Resourced Provision for pupils with SEMHD where applicable.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in Key Stage 1 education.
- Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and child development.
- Proven ability to use technology to enhance learning.
- Commitment to the school’s vision, values, and strategic direction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with pupils with SEMHD.
- Background in leading or supporting professional development initiatives.
- Experience in distributed leadership or school-wide leadership roles.
- Passion for the creative arts and emotional development of children.
