• Work closely with the Resourced Provision for pupils with SEMHD where applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with experience in Key Stage 1 education.
• Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and child development.
• Proven ability to use technology to enhance learning.
• Commitment to the school’s vision, values, and strategic direction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with pupils with SEMHD.
• Background in leading or supporting professional development initiatives.
• Experience in distributed leadership or school-wide leadership roles.
• Passion for the creative arts and emotional development of children.
