The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in KS2.
  • Plan and implement engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly to ensure continued development.
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student success.
  • Contribute to the development of a stimulating and inclusive curriculum.
  • Promote a positive learning environment that encourages respect and challenge.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in KS2 education.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and teaching methodologies.
  • Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain high standards of behaviour.
  • Commitment to student welfare and the promotion of a positive learning culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a high-performing academy or multi-academy trust.
  • Experience with inclusive education and differentiated teaching strategies.
  • Familiarity with the use of technology in the classroom.
  • Experience with teaching English as a Second Language (ESOL) or similar.
