The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in line with the National Curriculum for England and Wales
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality teaching across the school
  • Integrate technology effectively into daily teaching practice
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing detailed feedback to parents
  • Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
  • Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a relevant specialism or a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, TQUK, Teaching Diploma, etc.)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from home country or country of graduation
  • Proven commitment to excellence in teaching and learning
  • Strong ability to integrate technology into the classroom

Preferred

  • A Master’s Degree in Education
  • 2+ years of relevant teaching experience at high-performing international schools
  • Demonstrable experience in Inclusion/SEND/EAL
  • Strong Continuing Professional Development (CPD) portfolio
  • Experience working in a multicultural and international setting
