The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced EYFS Teacher to join our dedicated team and contribute to the academic and personal development of young learners. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape early education in a progressive and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the National Curriculum for England and Wales
  • Create engaging and stimulating learning environments that support holistic development
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure consistent and effective teaching
  • Integrate technology into lesson planning and delivery to enhance student engagement
  • Support the inclusion of students with special educational needs, English as an additional language, and diverse learning styles
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents
  • Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of school-wide events and activities

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant specialism
  • Recognized teaching certification (PGCE, TQUK, Teaching Diploma, etc.)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from home country or country of graduation
  • Proven commitment to excellence in early years education
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills

Preferred

  • A Master’s Degree in Education
  • 2+ years of relevant teaching experience at high-performing international schools
  • Demonstrable experience in Inclusion/SEND/EAL
  • Additional professional qualifications or a strong CPD portfolio
