Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England and Wales.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all students, including those with special educational needs and English as an additional language.
  • Integrate technology effectively to enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support student progress and ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school’s academic programs.
  • Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians to support student success.
  • Stay updated with best practices in education and apply them in the classroom.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a relevant specialism, or a Bachelor’s Degree in specialist Foundation Stage.
  • Recognized teaching certification (PGCE, TQUK, Teaching Diploma, etc.).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from home country or country of graduation.
  • A proven commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Excellent technology integration skills.

Preferred

  • A Master’s Degree in Education.
  • 2 years or more of relevant teaching experience at high-performing international schools.
  • Demonstrable experience in inclusion, SEND, or EAL.
  • Additional relevant professional qualifications or a strong CPD portfolio.
