Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England and Wales.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for Key Stage 1 students.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing targeted support where needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Integrate technology into daily classroom practice to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Support students with special educational needs, EAL learners, and those with additional learning requirements.
• Participate in school-wide events, professional development, and staff meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a relevant specialism or a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, TQUK, Teaching Diploma, etc.).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the home country or country of graduation.
• Proven commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.
• Strong technology integration skills.

Preferred

• A Master’s Degree in Education.
• 2+ years of relevant teaching experience at high-performing international schools.
• Demonstrable experience in inclusion, SEND, or EAL support.
• Strong Continuing Professional Development (CPD) portfolio and additional professional qualifications.
