The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Computing across the senior school with a focus on IB MYP and IGCSE curricula.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver concept-based units of inquiry with authentic assessment tasks.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students at all levels.
• Foster student autonomy and a constructivist approach to learning.
• Promote international-mindedness and service learning initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of organization and professionalism.
• Support the development of the wider school community through teamwork and collaboration.
• Teach additional subjects as required, based on departmental needs and personal expertise.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience teaching Computing in the IB MYP and IGCSE frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the IB philosophy and curriculum.
• A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field with a teaching qualification.
• Relevant international teaching experience.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Preferred

• Experience with the IB Diploma Programme (IB DP).
• Experience teaching related subjects such as Lower Secondary Mathematics or Educational Technology.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and current educational research.
