As a Lead Practitioner in Mathematics, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, inquiry-based learning that supports student achievement and fosters international mindedness. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver rich, engaging, and challenging mathematics curricula aligned with IB standards.
• Support the development of international mindedness across the school.

• Plan and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor and enhance student learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics or similar, with a PGCE in Education with QTS or equivalent.
• Minimum of four years’ experience teaching in a reputable school.
• Experience in IB or GCSE subject-specific teaching.
• Proficient/advanced-level English language skills.
• A track record of outstanding student results.
• Demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment, and integrity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Inter-cultural awareness and the ability to engage with students and parents.

Preferred

• Experience with the IB programme.
• Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning approaches.
• Leadership experience in a teaching or educational setting.
