Key Responsibilities:

• Teach mathematics following the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) curriculum for middle school students
• Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote student-centered learning and inquiry-based instruction
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Support student progress through continuous assessment and personalized feedback
• Utilize technology as an instructional tool to enhance learning outcomes
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• Previous teaching experience required
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts appropriate for middle school level
• Ability to deliver lessons aligned with the IB MYP framework
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
• Proficiency in using technology as an instructional tool
