Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Business and Travel & Tourism.
  • Plan and implement curriculum content in line with the school’s educational goals and student needs.
  • Support student progress through effective assessment, feedback, and personalized learning strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance the learning experience.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and high expectations in the classroom.
  • Engage in professional development to maintain and improve teaching standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Business Studies or Travel & Tourism.
  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum and ability to deliver engaging lessons.
  • Commitment to student progress and inclusive teaching practices.
  • Experience working with students of all abilities and backgrounds.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take on leadership responsibilities.

Preferred

  • Experience in delivering BTEC Travel & Tourism qualifications.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise and Marketing courses.
  • Experience with teaching in a school that values staff wellbeing and professional growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students.
