Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in the classroom by providing individualised assistance and guidance.
• Assist in planning and delivering learning activities that align with curriculum goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure consistent support for students with diverse needs.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events that enhance the student experience.
• Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and high standards in all aspects of student interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with teaching staff.
• Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• UK education background and CACHE certification.
• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to inclusive education and the ability to support students with diverse needs.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate children in a classroom setting.

Preferred

• Experience in delivering extracurricular activities or leading school events.
• Familiarity with British curriculum standards and teaching methodologies.
• Experience with in-house training and professional development opportunities.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and local educational practices.
