The Opportunity:
As a Learning Manager, you will play a key role in supporting student learning through data-driven strategies, strategic interventions, and continuous monitoring to drive academic success. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve student attainment and learning outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to identify and address learning gaps.
- Provide professional development and guidance to staff to enhance pedagogical practices.
- Analyze student performance data to inform targeted support and intervention plans.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape school-wide learning strategies.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice among staff.
- Ensure alignment with the school’s mission and evidence-based teaching approaches.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a similar role within education, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and its application to learning outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and senior leaders.
- Commitment to student wellbeing and professional development.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation of learning initiatives.
Preferred
- Experience in a multi-academy trust or similar educational organization.
- Familiarity with evidence-informed teaching and learning strategies.
- Knowledge of educational research and its application in practice.
- Experience in leading or supporting professional development programs.
- Background in school improvement or leadership development.
