The Opportunity:

As a Learning Manager, you will play a key role in supporting student learning through data-driven strategies, strategic interventions, and continuous monitoring to drive academic success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve student attainment and learning outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to identify and address learning gaps.
  • Provide professional development and guidance to staff to enhance pedagogical practices.
  • Analyze student performance data to inform targeted support and intervention plans.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape school-wide learning strategies.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice among staff.
  • Ensure alignment with the school’s mission and evidence-based teaching approaches.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a similar role within education, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and its application to learning outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and senior leaders.
  • Commitment to student wellbeing and professional development.
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation of learning initiatives.

Preferred

  • Experience in a multi-academy trust or similar educational organization.
  • Familiarity with evidence-informed teaching and learning strategies.
  • Knowledge of educational research and its application in practice.
  • Experience in leading or supporting professional development programs.
  • Background in school improvement or leadership development.
