The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee general maintenance tasks across the school site.
• Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed to the highest standard.
• Monitor and maintain security procedures, including access control and incident reporting.
• Log all maintenance and security checks on the Trust’s electronic reporting system.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure the school environment is safe and functional.
• Respond promptly to any maintenance or security issues that arise.
• Support the school in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work flexibly across all areas of the school as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience in maintenance, cleaning, or security roles.
• Ability to use electronic reporting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Preferred

• Previous experience in an educational setting.
