The Opportunity:
As a Lettings Assistant, you will support the school’s lettings provision, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all users. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about contributing to a welcoming and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate lettings arrangements for community groups and external users.
- Maintain high standards of service and ensure all facilities are used appropriately.
- Assist with the administration of lettings bookings and communications.
- Support the maintenance and upkeep of school facilities during lettings events.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures related to lettings.
- Collaborate with the school team to ensure a seamless experience for all users.
- Monitor and report on lettings usage and feedback to improve service quality.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and spaces as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in a similar role or within event management, lettings, or facilities management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Preferred
- Experience within the education sector or with schools.
- Knowledge of school policies and procedures.
- Experience with booking systems or administrative software.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard hours when required.
