Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement cross-curricular activities that promote critical thinking and real-world application.
- Support students in transitioning smoothly into Key Stage 3 with a focus on emotional and academic wellbeing.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practice and student outcomes.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities that promote a culture of music and inclusion.
- Contribute to the continuous refinement and development of the L4L curriculum.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject experience.
- Experience in delivering thematic or cross-curricular teaching approaches.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student wellbeing and personal development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching students with diverse learning needs.
- Background in English, Humanities, or Creative Arts.
- Experience with curriculum design and development.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools.
