The Opportunity:
The Marketing and Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of the school’s marketing and communications strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance the school’s reputation, strengthen community engagement, and support pupil recruitment and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to enhance the school’s reputation.
- Manage and coordinate all internal and external communications, including media, press, and public relations.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with the school’s vision and values.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including digital content, print, and multimedia.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications initiatives.
- Strengthen community engagement through events, outreach, and parent communication.
- Support recruitment and retention efforts through targeted marketing and engagement strategies.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media and content management systems.
Preferred
- Familiarity with school operations and the educational sector.
- Experience with public relations and media engagement.
- Knowledge of educational marketing trends and best practices.
- Strong understanding of brand management and reputation building.
