The Opportunity:

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be central to enhancing the school’s online presence through creative content and strategic digital campaigns. You will play a key role in promoting the school’s vibrant community and academic excellence, ensuring that its digital platforms reflect its mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality digital content across the school’s website, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Create visually engaging and compelling content that showcases the energy and spirit of school life.
  • Plan and execute a publishing calendar, managing the scheduling of social media content.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to design and implement creative campaigns that engage and inspire.
  • Maintain and update the school’s website, ensuring it reflects the latest marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Manage external agencies and digital tools, including social media management platforms and content management systems.
  • Analyze digital performance using SEO, Google Analytics (GA4), and paid advertising tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Support the development of digital initiatives, including video production and photography for marketing purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Excellent skills in content creation, including photography, video editing, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
  • Experience with website content management systems and digital publishing tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital campaign management.
  • Ability to manage external agencies and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with bespoke app development and digital platform management.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Advertising.
  • Background in education or school marketing, with an understanding of the sector’s unique needs.
  • Strong creative vision and the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple digital channels.
