Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students across the 11–18 age range.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with the school’s academic and strategic goals.
• Support students in achieving their full potential through differentiated instruction and individualized learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Mathematics Faculty to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
• Participate in the planning and delivery of co-curricular activities that promote a well-rounded education.
• Provide pastoral support and guidance to students, contributing to their overall development and wellbeing.
• Stay up to date with developments in mathematics education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject expertise in mathematics.
• Experience teaching mathematics to students aged 11–18.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student success and a passion for education.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred

• Experience teaching A Level Mathematics, A Level Further Mathematics, or IB Mathematics.
• Familiarity with post-16 pathways and curriculum delivery.
• Experience in a British-based or international school setting.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Interest in co-curricular activities and student development beyond the classroom.
