Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a large and dynamic mathematics department
• Deliver high-quality teaching across Years 7 to 13, including IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme
• Develop and implement a forward-thinking mathematics curriculum
• Support and mentor teaching staff within the department
• Contribute to the school’s pastoral care and extra-curricular programme
• Promote a culture of academic excellence and student engagement
• Collaborate with colleagues across the school to enhance learning outcomes
• Ensure alignment with the school’s ethos and values

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in leading a mathematics department
• Strong teaching experience across Years 7 to 13
• In-depth knowledge of IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students
• Commitment to the school’s mission and values
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred

• Experience in international education settings
