Key Responsibilities:

Teach Mathematics to students across Years 7 to 13, with a focus on IGCSE and IBDP curricula.
Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote student agency and a love of learning.
Support students in developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Contribute to the school’s pastoral care and extra-curricular programme.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the department.
Stay up to date with developments in the field of Mathematics education.
Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Mathematics.
Experience teaching A Level Mathematics is essential.
Ability to teach Business Studies and/or Economics is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

Preferred

Experience with IGCSE and/or IBDP curricula.
Experience in a diverse, international school setting.
Demonstrated ability to lead by example and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with innovative and evidence-based teaching methods.
