Key Responsibilities:
- Teach maths to students of all abilities at KS3 and KS4.
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve teaching methods.
- Support students in developing a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and pastoral care.
- Use digital tools and resources to enhance teaching and student engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in maths education.
- Strong subject knowledge in mathematics.
- Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4 levels.
- Commitment to student success and a passion for teaching.
Preferred
- Experience with inclusive teaching strategies.
- Familiarity with maths-specific teaching resources and technologies.
