Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across all key stages, adapting to the needs of students
• Support students in achieving their academic goals through effective teaching and assessment
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the planning and delivery of the Maths curriculum
• Provide pastoral support and guidance to students as required
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practice
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Maths
• Experience in teaching Maths at Key Stages 3 and 4
• Commitment to student achievement and professional development
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred

• Experience teaching A-level Maths and Further Maths
• Background in leading or mentoring other teachers
• Experience with differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and resources
