Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Spanish lessons to students across key stages, ensuring engaging and effective teaching.

  • Support students in achieving their full potential through individualized feedback and targeted interventions.

  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing clear and constructive feedback.
  • Promote the school’s values and ethos through consistent and positive behavior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in teaching Spanish.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Spanish and an understanding of MFL pedagogy.
  • Experience in delivering lessons to a range of age groups within a secondary school setting.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a Multi-Academy Trust or similar educational setting.
  • Familiarity with evidence-informed CPD and continuous professional development.
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
  • Experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
