The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Maths lessons to students across all age and ability ranges.
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging curricula that promote student achievement and enthusiasm for the subject.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Contribute to the co-curricular programme, supporting students in extracurricular activities related to Maths and wider school life.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support the professional development of the teaching team.
  • Participate in school events, parent meetings, and other community activities as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.
  • Support the school’s mission by fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, and academic excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Maths education.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach across different age groups and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student well-being and personal development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take on additional responsibilities.

Preferred

  • Experience in a co-educational or selective school environment.
