The Opportunity:

As a Middle School English Teacher, you will deliver engaging oral English programs to students in grades 7–9, helping them build confidence, fluency, and communication skills in a dynamic classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach oral English classes following the syllabus, improving students’ pronunciation, fluency, and confidence
• Design interactive, age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Manage classrooms, monitor progress, and provide feedback
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, staff, and parents
• Participate in training, school events, and curriculum development
• Support students in achieving academic and personal growth
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
• Stay updated with best practices in English language teaching

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Native or near-native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree and TEFL/TESOL/CELTA (or equivalent)
• Eligible for a Chinese work visa
• 2+ years of teaching experience (middle school preferred)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience in teaching oral English to middle school students
• Familiarity with international curricula and teaching methodologies
• Experience with multicultural classroom environments
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
