Key Responsibilities:
- Teach across a range of subjects from the Key Stage 2 curriculum with a focus on student engagement and academic achievement.
- Contribute to the life of the school through extracurricular activities, pastoral support, and community events.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with the school’s educational goals and values.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student progress and ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning.
- Participate in staff development and professional learning opportunities to enhance teaching practice.
- Monitor and assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience in teaching Key Stage 2.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Experience in working within a school environment that values pastoral care and co-curricular activities.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, with a half-day allocated during the week for full-time roles.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching a range of subjects or working in a mixed ability classroom.
- Experience with boarding or pastoral care provisions.
- Familiarity with the UK curriculum and Common Entrance examinations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
