The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join our expanding team. This role will play a key part in delivering a high-quality education to students across Key Stages 2 to 5. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of language learning within a growing, world-class institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences across Key Stages 2, 3, and 4 (and 5)
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge in two MFL subjects
• Use student data to personalise learning and optimise progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and drive standards
• Show leadership impact with current knowledge of exam boards and pathways
• Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching and learning
• Support the safeguarding and personal development of students
• Contribute positively to the school community through extra-curricular engagement
• Pursue continuous professional development as a teacher and leader

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Recognised UK teaching qualification with QTS
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching in Modern Foreign Languages
• Strong subject knowledge of two MFL subjects across Key Stages 2 to 5
• Commitment to the pursuit of excellence and high academic standards

Preferred

• Experience with Key Stage 4 and 5 pathways and exam boards
• Background in leading or contributing to curriculum development
• Experience in safeguarding and pastoral care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Involvement in extra-curricular activities and community engagement
