Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continued growth.

  • Support extracurricular activities and events that celebrate student talent and achievement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience of teaching to GCSE standard.
  • A proven track record in delivering outstanding attainment and achievement.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and create engaging learning experiences for students.

Preferred

  • Experience of working in a faith-based or inclusive educational setting.
  • Experience with leadership development or character-building programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with music performance or composition.
