The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of high-quality early years education and care to young children.
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a warm and inclusive environment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Work closely with the Early Years team to support the overall educational and developmental goals of the nursery.
- Ensure all health and safety policies are followed at all times.
- Keep accurate records of children’s progress and communicate regularly with parents.
- Participate in staff meetings and training to ensure continuous professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Level 3 qualification or Early Years / Early Childhood Degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Commitment to high standards and a passion for early years education.
Preferred
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and play-based learning.
- Experience with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Flexibility to work term time and willingness to go above and beyond.
