Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of teachers to ensure high standards of teaching and learning
- Support the development and implementation of a rich and stimulating curriculum
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous professional development
- Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure all pupils achieve their full potential
- Work closely with senior leadership to maintain and enhance the school’s outstanding reputation
- Promote a supportive and inclusive school environment for all students
- Engage with parents and the wider community to build strong relationships
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives such as the Maths and English Hubs
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a school setting
- Strong track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge
Preferred
- Experience working within a Teaching School Hub or Maths/English Hub
- Experience in leading curriculum development or professional development programs
- Experience in managing and supporting a diverse team of teachers
- Familiarity with innovative teaching practices and technologies
