Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of teachers to ensure high standards of teaching and learning
• Support the development and implementation of a rich and stimulating curriculum
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous professional development
• Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure all pupils achieve their full potential
• Work closely with senior leadership to maintain and enhance the school’s outstanding reputation
• Promote a supportive and inclusive school environment for all students
• Engage with parents and the wider community to build strong relationships
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives such as the Maths and English Hubs

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a school setting
• Strong track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge

Preferred

• Experience working within a Teaching School Hub or Maths/English Hub
• Experience in leading curriculum development or professional development programs
• Experience in managing and supporting a diverse team of teachers
• Familiarity with innovative teaching practices and technologies
