The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and innovative early literacy and numeracy lessons.
Manage and lead a small class of 3-4 year olds in a supportive and stimulating environment.
Plan and implement a dynamic and creative curriculum that promotes holistic development.
Incorporate the use of ICT to enhance learning and engagement.
Work closely with specialist staff in music, drama, and physical education.
Support children in developing individual potential through tailored learning experiences.
Participate in weekly forest school sessions and other enrichment activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and supportive approach to teaching and learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Strong communication and team-working skills.
Ability to work flexibly and be highly organised.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

Experience in delivering a creative and dynamic curriculum.
Knowledge of innovative use of ICT in early years education.
Experience working in a school with a strong focus on personal development and engagement.
