The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Class Teacher to join our team and contribute to the continued success of a school rated as good by Ofsted. This role offers the chance to work across key stages and to be part of a supportive, innovative, and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and/or Key Stage 2
  • Create an inclusive and inspiring classroom environment that motivates children and supports their progress
  • Plan and implement engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and support continuous professional development
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and carers
  • Ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes positive behaviour and well-being
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of the school community
  • Support the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Relevant experience of teaching in Early Years, Key Stage 1, and/or Key Stage 2
  • Strong record of improving student progress and achievement
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Commitment to working as part of a team and supporting the school's vision
  • Ability to manage a class effectively and ensure high-quality provision

Preferred

  • Experience with inclusive teaching practices and differentiated instruction
  • Experience in leading or supporting professional development
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technology in the classroom
  • Experience in working with children from diverse backgrounds
