Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum 4-year recognised teaching qualification, including a bachelor's degree or equivalent (e.g., PGCE).
• Relevant international teaching experience, preferably in the IB PYP or similar inquiry-based curriculum.
• Strong understanding of primary education and student development.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Preferred

• Experience with curriculum design and development.
• Familiarity with constructivist and inquiry-based teaching methods.
• Experience in professional development and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement new teaching strategies.
