The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics at the High/Secondary School level in accordance with the UK National Curriculum
• Design and deliver engaging, interactive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking
• Utilize educational technology and resources to enhance student learning outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Support student development through personalized feedback and academic guidance
• Stay current with advancements in Physics education and incorporate innovative teaching methods
• Promote scientific inquiry and a lifelong passion for learning among students

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Graduate Certificate in Education or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Physics at the secondary school level
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Physics
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans

Preferred

• Experience with educational technology and digital learning tools
• Background in promoting scientific inquiry and critical thinking in the classroom
