Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that support the holistic development of young learners.

  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and students to ensure a consistent and supportive learning experience.
  • Participate in the school’s professional development program to enhance teaching practice and stay at the forefront of educational research.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching at the primary EYFS level.
  • A strong commitment to the values of integrity, empathy, and fortitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A reflective and solution-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding learning and teaching experiences.

Preferred

  • Experience with international curricula, such as the National Curriculum of England or the International Baccalaureate.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methodologies and educational research.
  • Experience in leading or contributing to professional development initiatives.
  • A willingness to engage with global education networks and partnerships.
