The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the school’s values and curriculum.
• Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for young children.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that support the holistic development of students.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student progress.
• Monitor and assess student development regularly, providing detailed feedback to parents.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school’s early years programme.
• Support the implementation of school policies and initiatives related to early years education.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) education.
• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work effectively with young children and their families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to inclusive education and child development.

Preferred

• Experience working in an international school setting.
• Familiarity with British curriculum standards.
• Experience with teaching English as a second language.
• Leadership or team-leading experience within an educational context.
